Aqua Reach Cleaning saw the Volt shirt I designed and needed one of their own. These young cats from Minnesota are grinding — attending high school and grinding after to make extra money in the service industry. Since they liked the Volt vibe and I knew they were younger, I designed multiple shirts that exceeded their expectations, ultimately earning me more business.
Over-Deliver, Win More
After delivering six unique shirt mockups to ARC after they reqeusted a single apparel design, ARC quickly responded — beyond ecstatic with the designs they saw, quickly picking multiple designs rather than the agreed upon one. This drives home a value I've always had as a designer — to over-deliver to each of my clients, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
